Professional Hardwood Floor Water Damage Drying

“ProCoat Construction have been great to work with. You hear nightmare stories especially in remodeling projects, even with the unexpected circumstances found they have made it as seamless as possible. During a flooring installation ProCoat had been contracted to do there was some minor mold damage noted on a floor. Julio explained what could be done to mitigate without having to replace a small patch of subfloor. Also noting a musty smell in the house did investigation in the crawl space and found standing water and serious mold and insulation issues. Upon further inspection of insulation in the attic area above the garage more mold was found. No water intrusion, but condensation caused issues. UV Having recently been diagnosed with lung issues this answered some questions for me and my medical team. So thankful for his knowledge and the remediation work they have done. They were able to schedule me almost immediately and have kept me informed of each step of the process. Also recommended a plumber to address where water was coming from and that will be repaired tomorrow. Cannot say enough about their professionalism and workmanship. Thank you!”
