“I don't know where to begin! ( I usually don't do reviews) My experience with procoat connstruct & resto, was in a word AMAZING!!!!! After waiting months with another Co. I called Nathan about a separate job for painting. He even came on a Saturday morning, to meet with me. While here; I asked if he would look at my other job site, and give me an idea for going forward. I have been waiting over 3 months with this other Co. Not only was the inspection I needed addressed, he totally took the time to go over everything in a manner I could understand. All my questions were answered, the proposal was within a budget I could afford- (no gouging) Even as busy as he was, we put a plan in place to be back on Monday 6/1 for my inspection. I sent a msg. next day and even though it was after work hrs. he made a point to reach out, at the same time apologizing, for not getting to me sooner. Day 3, the crew showed up on time, prepared, and set to prepping the area's to be addressed. Even with coffee and doughnuts at their disposal- the crew went straight to work! ( I was having my living room/hallway painted.) Talk about respectful- great work ethic! and my walls turned out beautifully! They also left no trace of used materials. Project #2 (Being done at the same time.) This is where Julio shines, He is the Restoration Project Manager for procoat. He had to finish tearing out a section of floor that was left from the Co. who tried to put a new floor over the damage. My issue was old water damages in my main bathroom. He went above and beyond to scrub clean, disinfect & coat, in 3 different stages with proper materials and make my floor ready for the next stage. All while being aware of any chemical's and proper handling to keep myself, and the crew doing the painting safe. I know this is a very long review, It is just so refreshing in this day and age to come across people who pride themselves, and stand behind their work. I'm so impressed with this Co. They not only did everything we agreed on, they did much more! Knowing the job from start to finish was done right, on time,( finished in less than a full day) and under budget-That kind of peace of mind is priceless!! I will be using them for more remediation work, painting, and floor work in the very near future. Thank you Nathan, Julio, and crew, You guys are outstanding!!!!! ( I guess the saying is LOL?
